I found the Imperial Suites team to be always professional and courteous; there is always someone to answer your questions and resolve any issues timely and effectively. I just moved to Canada and needed a place to stay before buying. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed to feel comfortable; it felt like home all the time.
