  1. Why choose a furnished suite instead of a hotel?

    Our furnished suites are full size apartments, condominiums or townhomes that come equipped with separate living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Unlike a small hotel room, you have the space, comfort, and luxuries that you would find in your home. All you need to bring are your personal items and food, because these full service suites come equipped with all hardware's, linens & towels and other supplies to ensure your travels are as simple as possible.

  3. What is the minimum stay required?

    Seven days.

  4. What is the maximum stay?

    As long as you require the accommodations. We have the ability to customize our suites and contracts for our long term guests.

  5. Are there hidden costs in the prices?

    No hidden costs at all! Your rent covers the complete cost of the suite, including utilities, local and long distance calling across North America, extended cable service, high-speed Internet, and weekly housekeeping. The only additional costs are damage or theft done to the suite.

  6. What type of payment do you take?

    We accept all major credit cards, company cheque and travelers' cheques.

  7. How do I reserve a suite?

    Individuals paying on their own can reserve a suite by paying a $500.00 deposit at the time of booking. This amount is deducted off of your first month's rent, which is due on your day of arrival. Companies that prefer to pay by cheque, can sign a letter of guarantee and will be invoiced each month for the following months rent.

  8. Why can't I reserve a suite online?

    At the present time we do not allow direct booking. We found that there are too many variables in the program to allow for this type of booking system. We encourage the personal interaction with our clients over the phone, so that we can ensure that your exact needs are met.

  9. Do I require a credit card if I pay by cheque?

    All guests require a valid credit card, which must be produced on the day of arrival. This credit card is kept on file and in the event damage, theft, or international calls are made, this credit card will be charged.

  10. How do I get the keys to the suite?

    Our suites are private condos that do not have a concierge service or a front desk for you to check-in at. For this reason, we physically meet you outside the front of the building to let you into the suite and give you the keys. We also use this time to orientate you to your new surroundings, help you with your luggage and make sure you get settled in. To provide this service we require you to send your arrival details ahead of time, and to confirm one hour before you arrive at the suite.

  11. What is your cancelation policy?

    Imperial Suites has a seven day cancellation policy.

  12. Do you allow children?

    Children are welcome at most locations, but we do have some buildings that are adult building only, so please specify if you will be traveling with kids.

  13. Do you allow pets?

    Most locations do not allow pets, but we do have some buildings that they are welcome. Please specify if you are traveling with a pet, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

  14. Do you allow smoking?

    We have both smoking and non smoking suites.

  15. Does the suite come with laundry machines?

    All of our deluxe suites have in-suite laundry. The standard suites have coin-operated laundry facilities onsite.

  16. Does the suite have an iron & ironing board?

    Yes, along with a number of other supplies. Please click "services" and "suite inventory" to see a list of the minimum inventory in you will find in your suite.

  17. Does the suite come with parking?

    Most of the buildings have heated, underground secure parking. Parking is included for any locations outside the downtown, but is an additional $5.00 a day plus GST for locations in the downtown core.
